Cooking Lessons

  • So often we know what we should be eating but we don’t know how to do it consistently. If cooking is holding you back from reaching or maintaining your health goals, this is the course for you!

  • We meet online, from your kitchen to mine and we cook together! If local, we can meet in person.

  • I will provide some healthy meal inspiration and teach you exactly how to prepare a new recipe of your liking. When we’re cooking together, you will have all questions answered and walk away feeling more confidence in the kitchen.

  • Cooking regular meals at home is key for lasting health optimization; I’m here to motivate and build your skills in the kitchen.

  • Also, for those busy people out there, I’m available to do weekend meal prep with you so that you have a fridge full of healthy options.

  • How best can I support you? This is a customizable service designed for those who might be needing inspiration or support in a particular area to optimize progress and reach goals faster. Designed for local clients only.
