      <image:caption>Laurie Melville-Brown is a holistic nutritionist, personal trainer, wellness expert, and health coach based in Palos Verdes, California. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Nutrition Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. After years of working in business consulting and development in both the U.S. and Europe, Laurie decided to follow her true passion: helping others feel their best and build healthier, more sustainable lives. She went on to earn her degree in Holistic Nutrition from the Alternative Medicine College of Canada and later expanded her practice to include personal training, allowing her to support clients through both nutrition and movement. Laurie is dedicated to helping her clients improve their health, build sustainable habits, gain strength, and create a balanced lifestyle that works in the real world. A lifelong learner, she stays current on evolving research in nutrition, exercise, and wellness, thoughtfully evaluating different approaches to provide practical, personalized recommendations. At the heart of Laurie’s philosophy is the belief in bio-individuality: there is no single approach to nutrition, fitness, or wellness that works for everyone. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique goals, lifestyle, preferences, and challenges, creating an individualized approach designed to help them feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their everyday lives.</image:caption>

Personal training is available for individuals or two people who would like to train together.
